About the Author

Dr. Ann Marie Gorczyca is a Clinical Adjunct Professor of Orthodontics at the Arthur A. Dugoni School Dentistry, University of the Pacific, where she speaks on practice management topics including marketing, teamwork, treatment coordination, customer service, management systems and human resource management.

Her books include “It All Starts with Marketing- 201 Marketing Tips for a Successful Dental Practice” (2013), “Beyond the Morning Huddle- HR Management for a Successful Dental Practice” (2015), and “At Your Service- 5 Star Customer Care for a Successful Dental Practice” (2017).

She is on the Editorial Board of Orthotown and has completed four podcasts with Howard Farran on the topics of her books and dental specialties. She is a frequent writer for Dentist’s Money Digest.

She is a frequent speaker at the Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Annual Sessions and Ortho2 User’s Group Meetings. Formerly a faculty member at UCSF and University of the Pacific Dental Schools. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the Angle Society of Orthodontists.

Dr. Gorczyca is a graduate of Wellesley College, Harvard School of Public Health, and Northern University. She is in private practice at Gorczyca Orthodontics in Antioch, California.
